Brave lives

Some people lead very brave lives. Lives, if they were mine, I would never have been able to pull through. It makes me think of strong a human can be to lead their lives, all moment brave while I try to hide in my blanket of comfort, my bubble of fiction. 

Those who do not have the world's beauty, 

Walk with their head held high

Even if they're stared at, 

They're not afraid to try.

Those who do not have the world's view

Speak with broadened wide eyes

Even if they're laughed at,

They're not afraid to cry.

Those mouths which speak oddly

Those mouths which speak wise

Those bodies without the common limbs 

Those faces without the common smiles

Have such character in their selves

And a glimmer in their eyes

You'd find it hard to believe because so did I

That maybe my self is more incomplete 

Than someone's body or eyes.
